San Jose-Based 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Reaffirms Commitment to Ethical Aid and Child Protection Guidelines
SAN JOSE, CA — August 8, 2026 — Ekklesia Iwiga, Inc., a San Jose-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, alongside its international partners, announced today that it has successfully raised over $250,000 USD in direct aid funding to support children, care facilities, and community programs throughout the Americas.
The funds directly supply essential daily resources and sustained care to regional partners on the ground. Program achievements funded through this milestone include:
Daily Essential Needs: Supplying clean drinking water, nutritious meals, and essential clothing.
Educational Tools: Distributing vital school supplies and learning materials to support ongoing education.
Regional Youth Enrichment: Funding ongoing community events and youth programs across regional partner sites.
In strict alignment with United Nations child protection guidelines and the organization’s zero-tolerance policy regarding poverty tourism and exploitation, public imagery of beneficiary children will not be published across social media or media materials. Ekklesia Iwiga, Inc. prioritizes child safety, privacy, and personal dignity over promotional exposure.
