This policy defines the data protection standards governing user information submitted across all official web domains operated by Ekklēsía Iwigá, Inc., while establishing the legal scope of religious pastoral care provided under California law, United States regulation, and Old Catholic ecclesiastical standards.

2.1 Administrative Firewall & Encryption: Personal contact details, prayer requests, intake submissions, and digital communications are secured behind administrative firewalls and encrypted servers with access restricted strictly to authorized compliance personnel.
2.2 Zero Commercial Sharing: Ekklēsía Iwigá, Inc. does not sell, rent, trade, lease, or distribute user data, phone numbers, or email lists to commercial entities, advertising networks, or political organizations under any circumstances.
3. Statutory Non-Clinical Pastoral Care Disclaimer
Care offered through Ekklēsía Iwigá, Inc. consists strictly of religious pastoral accompaniment, spiritual direction, and faith-based support under California clergy exemption guidelines.
3.1 Non-Clinical Scope: Services are non-clinical, non-medical, and do not constitute psychotherapy, clinical counseling, psychiatric evaluation, or medical advice under California law or United States healthcare regulations.
3.2 Crisis Referral Protocol: Care seekers requiring clinical mental health therapy or psychiatric treatment are provided with professional referral resources.
